CREATING EFFECTIVE AND FINANCIALLY-SOUND ORGANIZATIONS
We carry out the full range of in-office management services for small to medium organizations; specific services are selected by the client to supplement their in-house capabilities. Past clients have included the Alexandria Building Industry Association, the Old Town North Community Partnership, Eisenhower Partnership, and Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation.
We help organizations determine their mission, goals, and objectives, and prepare a work plan and budget to support the activities the organization wants to undertake. Clients include the Potomac West Alliance, Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation, and Northern Virginia Streetcar Coalition.
We organize events and meetings for your organization – small, large, and extra large. These include Board of Directors meetings, speaker events, seminars, and conferences, and may be on the client site or at hotel and conference center facilities. Clients have included ADAM (Alexandrians Delivering smart growth Around Metro) and the Northern Virginia Streetcar Coalition. We have also helped business groups such as the West End Business Association, Old Town North Community Partnership and Eisenhower Partnership create events: breakfast speaker meetings, mini-golf fundraiser, Paws for the Park fundraiser.
